Helping nonprofit leaders navigate what’s hard and build what’s next.

I know what it feels like to lead when the stakes are high, the resources are thin, and the pressure doesn't let up. I've been there. And now I help nonprofit executives and boards do their best work anyway, through leadership training, strategic planning, and hands-on executive partnership.

Consulting Services

Leadership Training & Facilitation

I design curriculum, build engaging training experiences, and lead workshops that move people from awareness to buy-in to action. That middle step (buy-in) is where most training falls apart. I design for it deliberately, because behavior doesn't change until people genuinely see themselves in the work.

Strategic Planning

Most strategic plans fail not because of bad strategy, but because of how they're built. I lead through an inclusive process that builds ownership from the start, because the best strategic plan is the one your team helped create and actually believes in.

Fractional Executive Leadership

Sometimes an organization needs more than a consultant. They need a steady, senior hand in the room; someone who has led through crisis, managed complexity, and held teams together when the path wasn't clear. I bring experienced leadership to the moments that matter most.

Twenty years of policy, people, and the hard stuff in between.

I didn't come to consulting from a classroom. I came from decades of doing the work — managing foreign assistance portfolios in post-conflict environments, building national training programs from scratch, and leading organizations through crisis. I know what it feels like to lead when the stakes are high, the resources are thin, and the pressure doesn't let up. Now I bring that experience to nonprofit leaders doing work that matters.

Let’s talk about what you’re navigating.

If you’re an executive director who is exhausted, leading a demoralized team, and wondering how to hold it together, I can relate. I’ve been there. And I can help. I typically respond within 48 hours.
